REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are 100% refundable when the organization cancels the entire season. REFUNDS and CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE DEADLINE OR AFTER THE SEASON HAS STARTED. A participant wishing to withdraw from a program that the organization has not canceled must provide a written request no later than 14 days before the scheduled start of the season (Deadline: 11/21/26) . If the season is canceled, the participant may receive 100% credit to the family i9 account or request a full refund in writing by the deadline. If the refund is granted, operation fees will be deducted from the initial registration payment. Refunds for payments made will be processed approximately 1-2 weeks after the refund is requested. Refunds and credits WILL NOT be given if a participant doesn't attend the session voluntarily or any time after the request deadline. If there is a medical hardship, the participant must provide documentation with the credit/refund request to be reviewed. IF THE PROGRAM IS RELOCATED THE PROGRAM/SEASON IS NOT CONSIDERED CANCELED. A participant moving locations may not receive a credit or refund for relocating. A participant who is absent voluntarily, will not be eligible to receive a refund or credit.
