Thank you for joining us for a fun basketball season! You are signed up for the Smyrna coed basketball clinic starting Saturday, June 6th. We are excited for the season and look forward to seeing you and your family soon! Please review your registration information to ensure everthing is correct including the spelling of the child's name and that you are signed up for the right sport and location. How your child's name appears on the registration is how it will appear on the end of season trophy. Please be sure to read the program details in its entirety as all information is important. REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are 100% refundable when the organization cancels the full season. A participant wishing to withdraw from a program that has not been canceled by the organization must provide a WRITTEN request no later than the November 21, 2026. The participant may receive 100% credit to the family account or may request a full refund in writing by the deadline. If the request is not made by the deadline, NO refunds or credits will be given. Only verified medical hardship cases (must provide documentation) will be reviewed for decision if requesting a refund or credit after the deadline. If the refund or credit is granted, operations and jersey fees will be deducted from the initial payment.
