Thank you for joining us for a fun basketball season at our Smyrna location! Please make sure that you double check your registration information is correct including the spelling of the child's name and that you are signed up for the right sport and location. How your child's name appears on the registration is how it will appear on the end of season trophy. You are signed up for the Smyrna basketball league where your team will practice and play the game on Saturday. We are excited for the season and look forward to seeing you and your family soon! REFUND POLICY: REFUNDS & CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE DEADLINE OR AFTER THE SEASON STARTS. Registration fees are 100% refundable when the organization cancels the full season. A participant wishing to withdraw from a program that has not been canceled by the organization must provide a WRITTEN request no later than the scheduled refund request deadline of August 22, 2026. The participant may receive 100% credit to the family account or may request a full refund in writing by the deadline. If the request is not made by the deadline, NO refunds or credits will be given. Only verified medical hardship cases (must provide documentation) will be reviewed for decision if requesting a refund or credit after the deadline. If the refund is granted, operation fees will be deducted from the initial payment. Refunds for payments made will be received approximately 1-2 weeks after the refund is requested.
