Grab the items you’ll need for the season and all the desired gear! REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are 100% refundable when the organization cancels the whole season. A participant wishing to withdraw from a program that the organization has not canceled must provide a WRITTEN request no later than the Deadline Date: August 22, 2026 . The participant may receive 100% credit to the family account or may request a full refund in writing by the deadline. If the request is not received by the deadline, NO refunds or credits will be given. Only verified medical hardship cases (must provide documentation) will be reviewed for a decision if requesting a refund or credit after the deadline.
