About
Participants will acquire vital sewing skills including: threading and operating a sewing machine, mastering basic machine stitches, sewing a curve, creating casings for elastic, executing straight stitches, performing machine hems, taking accurate body measurements, pinning patterns onto fabric, and cutting patterns on fabric appropriately. Learners will also develop a "Brand", design a logo, and formulate a simple business plan to effectively promote, market and package their products. Your own sewing machine and fabric will be required. All other supplies will be provided.
